Scope & data method — read before sharing
Coverage. All 10 markets in scope (Lebanon, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Iraq, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Algeria) across all seven brands. Iraq and Oman/Algeria have materially fewer matched branches than other markets — see the branch counts per market in the filters, and treat those markets' pain-point mix as a smaller, less stable sample.
Source & limits. Branches were located via Google Maps search, and each branch's review sample comes from Google's own "most relevant" review selection — typically 1–5 snippets per branch, not every review, and not date-stamped by the API. That means neither the underlying data nor this dashboard can verify a strict "last 3 months" window, or tell you when any individual quote was written. A branch's overall star rating is based on its full review count, while the pain-point tags below are based only on the small text sample — so a branch can look better or worse in this sample than its true trend.
Verify it yourself. Because this dashboard can't show you dates or the full review, use the Export branches to Excel button below — every row includes a Google Maps link so you can read the original review in full, with its real posting date, directly on Google. Branch-level detail isn't shown inline on this page; the export is the source of record for auditing individual branches or quotes.
Tagging. Each review snippet was read by an LLM classification pass following the same fixed category definitions across all 10 markets (one parallel pass per market, re-run each scan for consistency) and assigned to one or more recurring issue categories below.
